Who we are

What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, phone number, email and message when you WhatsApp us, fill in an enquiry form or ask us to list your property.
• Website usage: pages visited and buttons clicked, collected through Google Analytics with cookies. This data does not identify you by name.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange viewings and follow up on property you asked about.
• To keep our own client records and contact list (for example, saving your number in our phone contacts so we can reach you).
• To improve the website.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the registered agent handling your enquiry, and with lawyers or banks when you go ahead with a purchase or rental.

Google account data

Our internal tools may connect to our own Google account (Google Contacts, Calendar, Sheets) to store client contact details and appointments. This access is limited to our own account, is used only for the purposes above, and is never shared with third parties or used for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and contact details while we are still helping you, and for up to 7 years after a completed transaction for legal and tax records. You can ask us to delete your details earlier.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or stop receiving messages from us. Email hartanahmalayaoff@gmail.com or WhatsApp 013-428 3374 and we will reply within 21 days.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
